SA’s Leipzig Australia’s expansion of Kadina Central masterplan includes 14 retirement village homes
Leipzig has been given approval by Copper Coast Council to build 115 homes and a 14-home retirement village, comprising of six single-storey residential duplexes of up to three bedrooms, two group homes and carparking, with a 1000sqm medical centre with five tenancies, a gated community of nine specialised homes for people with disabilities, and a 112-place childcare centre.

A masterplanned South Australian community is to undergo a major expansion adding more than 100 homes—and a ‘smart’ playground.
Central to the expansions is a “smart park” that will include smart-places technology, including wireless device charging on benches, public Wi-Fi, and bins that notify the council when they’re full. Parkland will comprise 30 per cent of the site..
